Following some difficult years with substance use, Dina broke free from the chains of addiction and turned her life around.
Dina has firsthand experience of the process of recovery and therapeutic processes and through this has the passion, skills and knowledge for helping and inspiring others.
Since Dina completed a BSc in Psychology, she has been volunteering since at a non-profit organisation to help people from all backgrounds to access treatment and a better way of life.
Dina is a co-manager and a trustee for a charity which helps people and families struggling with addictions and other issues and she is pursuing qualifications in psychology and aspires to complete a doctorate in Counselling Psychology.
Dina has experience working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, having lived in Italy where she worked with young people and children rehabilitate from challenging issues. Dina uses these experiences to empathise and support others to be able to reach their goals and lead a fulfilling life.
